The Path Ahead Is a Track of Growth
About a decade ago, I was invited to write the foreword for the complete classic edition of The Amazing Liver and Gallbladder Flush. Back then, my understanding of liver and gallbladder detox was far less profound than it is today. Looking back now, I feel an even deeper sense of resonance.
Seeing my name listed alongside other well-known endorsers, I felt I was qualified to write this piece.
This is no small matter—it is a massive undertaking of bodily purification. I call it “the greatest act of willful blindness in the medical field.”
Despite its clear existence, it is ignored simply because it can’t be easily explained. What is not understood is treated as unimportant, ultimately leading the entire system into an absurdity of collective self-deception.
You must understand—medical arrogance hides beneath the illusion of omniscience.
Ignorance is disguised as knowledge. Mistakes are packaged as truth. Even harmful interventions are glorified as life-saving treatments.
What’s most bewildering is how some social media doctors publicly criticize liver and gallbladder flushing. They boldly denounce things they’ve never personally experienced or understood, empowered solely by their medical licenses.
Often, I write from such reflections—where “misunderstanding” is rooted in deep comprehension.
Do not be misled by the superficial authority of doctors. Their so-called “rank” is often a form of entrapment, and their “pride” conceals life’s greatest risks.
Those of us who understand the principles must be able to foresee their eventual downfall—whether in career or in health.
Arrogance and humility have always been life’s most profound reminders.
This drama is performed by both the unaware and the awakened.
I’m grateful that throughout my journey, I’ve been guided by a higher force—enabled to document the truths behind liver and gallbladder toxicity and to gather scientifically explainable evidence along the way.
If we view things only through the conventional lens of the world, we’ll never perceive the essence of toxic accumulations in the liver and gallbladder.
If we still measure by outdated value systems, we’ll never grasp the burden of intestinal waste or the suffering of a liver overloaded with toxins.
You may admire the heroic work in emergency rooms—and rightfully so—but when we examine the logic behind many prescriptions, we realize that root causes are rarely addressed.
Emergency medicine’s triumphs often conceal the system’s ineffectiveness.
True health isn’t tested in moments of crisis, but in the rhythms of daily life.
A society that neglects self-care only makes emergency rooms look more glorious; an unhealthy population only increases the demand for reactive interventions.
Humanity greatly overestimates the power of the brain while underestimating the wisdom of evolution and the brilliance of nature.
We must admit: the brain is an expert at pretending ignorance.
Many “professional” performances are nothing more than well-disguised deception.
Only when we train ourselves to see from the body’s perspective can we re-evaluate the world of prescriptions and realize how many so-called treatments are, in truth, not just misguided—but degenerative.
This authoritative suppression of innocent people is, at its core, a performance of arrogance.
They scorn those without a medical background, not realizing that it is their own attitude that has been forsaken by the laws of nature.
In Taiwan, those who recognize and practice liver and gallbladder detox must possess extraordinary vision.
When combined with enzyme fasting, the results in Taiwan have far surpassed those in other regions.
Yet many still evaluate Selfasteam (my coined term for disciplined health living) from a commercial perspective, or use traditional value hierarchies to judge its worth.
It’s like entrusting your health to the body through fasting, while simultaneously allowing medication to interfere with its natural rhythms.
If you truly seek understanding, you must adjust your way of thinking and your frequency of learning.
It’s like entering university—you cannot study with a high school mindset.
In an environment meant to elevate you, you must come prepared with a posture and mindset ready to grow.
There’s a fundamental gap between “wanting” and “needing.”
Those who lack confidence often let others lead the way. But to grow, one must sever the rope that has long bound them.
I once had a familiar student question why I never openly promoted enzymes in class.
His thinking was rooted in commerce—believing that if there’s a product, it should be marketed boldly.
But the truth is, he had never sat through a full class attentively. Yet he wanted to rewrite the core value of the course.
I’ve seen how linear thinking robs people of transformative opportunities—opportunities that could’ve elevated them greatly.
When someone views Selfasteam through the lens of business and product marketing, the result is often that they drop out halfway, not even bothering with a proper goodbye.
Failure to understand may be a matter of skill, but in my experience, it is usually attitude that overwhelms everything else.
Times are evolving. So must our thinking.
No company will hire workers who wait passively for instructions.
Nor will the heavens favor souls unwilling to uplift themselves.
In this world, 95% of people accept the ongoing deterioration of their bodies.
Only the remaining 5% dare to reject the stagnant norms of the world and strive to join a tribe of those who resist degeneration.
Let us remain on this track of growth—and keep moving forward, together.
