What Can Last Long

A few people were eating at a restaurant, talking about a topic: “We’re never coming back here again.” The reasons were simple—either the food failed to meet expectations, or the service was disappointing.
In business, sustaining customer support is essential. Driving away a hard-won customer is the gravest mistake. Yet, the problem doesn’t always lie with the merchant; the root issue is still people—and customers are people too.

In business operations, I see two models: one is the business of “passersby,” the other is the business of “regulars.” The former is usually located near train stations or busy districts, relying on crowds; the latter may not need a flashy storefront, but instead depends on reputation and service to retain trust.

From fasting practice to everyday living, I gradually built an inner link between “fermentation liquid” and “the rest of my life.” No marketing is needed, because I clearly understand the role of enzymes in fasting, and I am willing to let them accompany me for life.

The real question is: how can a lifelong consumer find another lifelong consumer? This has been the core of my reflection for more than a decade—and it is the essence of doing business with regulars: regulars bring the regulars of the future.

Many people, when sharing enzymes, treat them as “passerby” products, focusing on the enzymes themselves rather than on fasting. But I know well that instead of promoting enzymes, it is far better to focus on educating fasting. Though the road is full of difficulties, it is destined to become a career that can last long.

The Core of Fasting Education

How do you teach fasting? What should be taught? While many people agree with fasting, few can truly share and transmit it.
Over the years, I have constantly pondered how to do this work to the fullest. My reading and research always aim to return to insights about the Way of the Body.

From another angle, learners may also ask: How do I learn fasting? What do I need to learn? Why should I learn it? And what is the ultimate goal?

In my early mastery of fasting, I intuitively grasped one truth: it inevitably connects to “a life without pain and illness.” This conviction sometimes arises from the subconscious, sometimes from years of intuitive response.

Many say I am the best testimony. A youthful appearance is one sign; those who know me well can clearly compare the changes between twenty years ago and today. Because I have received, I feel an even greater responsibility to help more people receive. This is my sole motivation to shoulder the mission of fasting education. The grand vision of Selfasteam is humanity’s collective awakening in health.

Beyond Product Thinking

Years of real-world practice have made it clear: enzymes cannot be treated as mere products—they are the best life support during fasting.

What we truly “sell” is the learner’s deep love for themselves—through fasting they draw closer to their body, through deepening fasting they affirm their own existence.

One of the most common classroom reminders is: the liver and pancreas each enter the intestines through separate ducts, but these ducts eventually merge into one. That merged duct contains a profound revelation: the depletion of the liver and pancreas is among the most serious warnings of life itself.

The deeper meaning of fasting is not merely intestinal reconstruction or organ repair—it can reach the spiritual dimension. That was my starting point years ago, when I first truly encountered the body through fasting.

My first stage was to become a witness of health myself. The next mission is to accompany more people on their path toward health.

The Nature of Trust

I have a habit of buying a specific mask at a drugstore next to Nangang High-Speed Rail Station, and I also enjoy a distinctive tempura shrimp at a Japanese restaurant on Fuxing North Road. These things are not necessarily exclusive, but they represent a kind of professionalism and trust that feels like “you can only find it here.”

Fasting education is like that too. It is not a simple product transaction, but the unfolding of a life blueprint. It involves both motivation and purpose, both learning and growth.

In the future, how many “fasting people” will emerge in Taiwan? I cannot predict the exact number. All I can foresee is the weight of the work on my shoulders, and the many kindred spirits I will meet who are willing to stand for fasting.

We do not wish to sell enzymes to those who “just want to buy a product,” nor to cater to those who “just want to try.” Because we are not merchants of “passersby business.”

Will some people leave us negative reviews? Certainly. After all, it’s impossible to satisfy everyone. But I know deeply: those who can truly master the Way of the Body have never been ordinary.
