“Products don’t create health.”
Many may find this hard to accept. Most people are conditioned to believe in a linear relationship between a product and its effect. But from the body’s perspective, this mindset must be cleared from the brain entirely.

Why? The answer is in the title:
A Good Product Is No Match for a Good Habit.

This isn’t a slogan—it’s a lived truth, an evidence-based insight that transcends science, and one that only those who truly understand the way of the body can answer. It’s not about technique; it’s about depth. Only from the body’s standpoint can we see further and clearer.

As I wrote elsewhere: “Learning with the brain pales in comparison to learning with the heart.” Those who habitually think from the head find it hard to enter the world of bodily wisdom, and without that, they cannot cultivate the kind of habits that truly align with the body.

From a broader perspective, this question applies to every facet of life: Are you learning with your mind, or living with your heart? The two paths lead to entirely different destinations.

The heart and the mind form one of life’s deepest, most mysterious tests. Observe those who do harm—is it because they’re following their hearts, or is it the result of overthinking? Think about the salespeople you’ve met—are they connecting with sincerity, or just masters of persuasion?

The heart takes you where you ought to go. The mind takes you where you want to go. What the heart leaves behind is feeling; what the mind leaves behind is just footprints.

Relationships can be driven by logic, or by emotion. When someone constantly feels empty and keeps chasing new goals, their heart is still there—it’s just been suppressed by excessive reasoning.

A heartfelt sentence carries warmth. A carefully written message radiates heat. The heart is the purest goodness in human nature—but fewer people know how to use it well.

I truly hope that anyone who wishes to learn the art of fasting and healing will start from the heart. Because the key to finding your body—and yourself—is not in your mind, but in your heart.

Learning does not come from waiting for a teacher or coach to offer you a chance—it comes from creating your own opportunity.

If your motives are false, your results will be futile. Like those who chant slogans but never act, or those so-called professionals who preach one thing and do another—such people merely waste their students’ time and energy.

Health must be body-led.
This has been true since ancient times.

The spirit longs to return to its source—many have already awakened to this.
The body too longs to go home—
to the original place it was entrusted with the task of keeping balance.

It is not enough to hear the voice of spirit;
we must also hear the voice of the body.
Only by living in accordance with both can we live in alignment.
The creativity and intelligence of the brain should also function under these two guiding forces.

The awakening of the spirit has long had countless wise guides.
The awakening of the body is still in its infancy.
But those who understand body consciousness know:
this is an inner awakening project.

The opposite of must is neglectable. When we treat what matters as optional, and what’s trivial as absolutely necessary, imbalance and dysfunction inevitably follow.

Our understanding of eating often stops at the fleeting pleasure of food in our mouths, ignoring the journey it takes once inside the body. Yet that internal journey is where energy imbalance and hormonal chaos often begin.

So, can sleep be ignored? Perhaps not everyone asks this question explicitly, but nearly everyone has, at some point, dismissed the value of sleep in their life’s journey.

What we fail to recognize is that this daily, natural event holds irreplaceable significance. We often overlook how sacrificing sleep disrupts bowel movements, weakens immunity, and even shortens lifespan.

When I reflect on the phrase “maximizing personal interest,” my soul jolts. Isn’t this very idea one that was deeply ingrained in me by the environment and accepted as a mainstream value?

This belief, so common in our society, is quietly corroding the quality of our lives. While we dig our own graves, we’re also digging them for others. As we infringe upon others’ rights, we refuse to let go of our own greed.

As extreme climate patterns steadily eat away at humanity’s lifeline, I think of those who curry favor with superiors through flattery, of pharmaceutical markets driven by clever drug inventions, and of those sycophantic figures in politics and business.

Human hypocrisy and deceit are quietly pushing the planet toward the brink of collapse—and taking our lives down with it.

Think back to exam days—some chatted casually outside, others crammed frantically till the last minute. It was never clear who had truly mastered the material and who was faking it.

But when life itself becomes the exam room, your mindset changes. This exam has no proctors, no audience—only heaven, and yourself.

Once you become familiar with this exam room, you’ll discover: most of the questions your brain poses aren’t real questions. And most of the knowledge your brain claims to have isn’t true knowing—because only the body holds true awareness.

And all of this is something that people outside the exam room cannot understand. It’s not a matter of capability—it’s a matter of timing, of readiness.

The key to learning is not how much you know, but how deeply you listen with your heart.
The mind and the heart must work together—the heart to feel, organize, and guide action.
Fasting, in particular, demands this kind of heart-based understanding.

Fasting Isn’t About Understanding—It’s About Alignment Between Body and Heart

Why must fasting be learned through the heart?
Because fasting is a natural yearning of the body. When the heart and the body stand on the same side, joy emerges—and fasting becomes effortless.

Fasting is often described as a spiritual practice because it calls us back to ourselves, to our innate bodily awareness.
This path is not about persuasion—it’s about awakening something deeply personal.
In the end, fasting is about harmony between body and soul.

We are never truly short on opportunities to learn. In fact, the details of learning are always present; we simply fix our attention on external rewards and desires.
Once our motivation is hijacked by money, prestige, or pride—it’s like someone who only shows their best side to the person they admire. Sooner or later, the truth emerges, leading to disappointment.
As Morgan Housel wrote in The Psychology of Money: “Why don’t we ever learn the lesson? One common reason is that everyone is greedy, and greed is an inescapable part of human nature.”
To reduce greed, the most effective method is to adjust our motivation—so that everything we do can resonate with the heart.
To those willing to listen, I sincerely say: “If we live our entire lives relying on external motivation, we’ll end up running in circles—wasting this life.”
As for that familiar internal refrain—“I’m right”—it’s not just a matter of willpower; it’s the entanglement of greed and the need for external validation.

“Your body is capable of everything”—this is the realization I’ve gradually received. It is not only a surrender to the body, but a tribute to creation and evolution.

When you begin to believe your body is capable of everything, the next step is not demanding proof, but considering how to systematically unleash its potential.

We must walk alongside the body, not merely observe or question it.

There were once two influencers who argued online over “liver and gallbladder cleansing.” This reflects a common phenomenon—true realizations being invalidated by analytical minds. On the internet, real wisdom struggles to spread because people often cloak arrogance and selfishness in critical thinking.

When your body expels shocking toxins, it doesn’t need to name every compound or source. On another level, you already know the truth.

The deeply embedded toxic sludge in intestinal mucosa can only be detected and handled by the body itself. Colon hydrotherapy and coffee enemas may cleanse the surface but cannot reach the depths. These facts reveal the body’s hidden rules and help fasters understand the human body’s yet-undiscovered potential.

Ultimately, this potential is simply nature’s balancing force in action. Every act and substance that disrupts natural equilibrium will, sooner or later, be met with nature’s response. The human body does the same—it instinctively self-corrects in times of severe imbalance.

Waste elimination is the beginning of the body’s healing process. Sadly, the very concept of “healing” has long been monopolized by the medical establishment, leading people to gradually forget the body’s inherent self-repair mechanisms.

The purpose of fasting is precisely to give the body a chance to focus on healing—to stop eating, to reclaim its own sovereign time.

Through my work, I’ve repeatedly compared internal motives with external ones. External motives rarely stem from love—they are more often shaped by desire, ego, or appearances.
Internal motives, on the other hand, arise from the energy of love itself.

The marriages of our parents’ generation were often arranged; in our generation, marriages are frequently driven by materialism or conditions.
Money, status, and physical comfort now dominate many love stories, giving rise to modern forms of misaligned love.

Our hunger for security has grown so intense, we’ve learned to trade love for marriage, money for affection, and food or medication for emotional stability.
Eventually, even the love we have for ourselves is reduced to a cerebral awareness of existence.

These rigid, external motives have taken over many lives, reducing us to dependents of external systems—like patients addicted to medication.
We have not only misunderstood the love that the Earth offers us—we have misused our intelligence to suppress the spontaneous flow of true love from within.

s food merely a tool to silence hunger, or a vehicle of pleasure? Between these two, fasting becomes a positive dividing line—guiding us back into a more meaningful relationship with nourishment.

To use an analogy, “begin with the end in mind” is like the ten-month pregnancy journey. The moment conception is confirmed, the outcome—birth—is already in sight. The entire process becomes meaningful, filled with anticipation.

Cooperating with the body should be no different.
The goal is singular: do not get sick.
Believe in your body’s capacity—and believe in your own ability to support it through your embodied example.

Back in the early days of fasting, many people feel more fear than courage. Though they decide to start, they’re haunted by visions of hunger—just as those wishing to quit medications are haunted by withdrawal fears.

But these reveal a deeper truth:
Our eating frequency and volume are out of balance, and medicine has ingrained in us a fear of illness.

Life is finite, and so are the people we meet. But we can create infinite value from limited connections. Sincerity transcends borders, genuine emotion can be passed down, and meaningful contributions can expand indefinitely.

Security, in itself, isn’t wrong—it simply needs to be placed in the right context. We can transform “fear-driven security” into “joy-driven security.”

I’ve come to understand this deeply through interaction with my body. Yes, food brings a sense of safety. But not eating can deliver a more profound kind of peace.

When we place responsibility ahead of indulgence, and understand that fasting enables the body to cleanse and repair, that safety surpasses the fleeting comfort of eating.

I’ve come to understand deeply how many people end up “dying of their own rage.” I often joke during casual chats: If I hadn’t learned to control my temper, I might not even be alive today.

In classes, I often explain the burdens on the liver, but rarely mention its greatest weight — unprovoked anger.

It’s not just rage. Impatience is also a form of poor temperament. For the body, impatience triggers constant releases of stress hormones — a slow internal burn.

People with short tempers may not realize they are the source of their own pressure. Those who lack patience may not know that what they call “urgency” often morphs into “anger” — a form of self-poisoning.

One day, everyone will reflect on the meaning of life. And when you finally realize that one of the reasons you came into this world was to “temper your temper,” that moment will mark a higher state of awareness.

The gut is often referred to as the second brain, and the microbiome as the third. When fasting and microbiome restoration are practiced together, it’s akin to awakening two dormant cores of wisdom in the abdominal region. Once the microbiome-brain-gut axis is set into a positive loop, one’s life force reawakens in full.

Sluggish bowels are not a terminal fate. Through daily fasting that clears accumulated burdens, as body awareness gradually revives, the natural demand for sleep also returns—this is the regenerative loop, accessible from any entry point.

“Not knowing oneself leads to depression; not understanding the body leads to anxiety.”
This is, in my view, the sharpest interpretation of the root of illness. Nearly all forms of suffering trace back to these two truths.

The journey of wellness holds endless lessons—but don’t forget its most essential foundation:
Are you willing to be with yourself?
Once you learn how to stay connected to your own presence, many negative emotions begin to fade away on their own.

“To have a body is to suffer”—this isn’t just a concept, it’s a lived experience. Yet when we learn to collaborate with the body and make peace with ourselves, the entire picture of life begins to shift.
Eventually, life becomes a path of genuine enjoyment.

Unfortunately, many people throw themselves into dead ends: they stay busy, sleep poorly, overwork, and rely too heavily on medicine—handing over their lives for doctors to repair.

This is a simple reminder about wellness: take each day as a unit, and when night falls, honestly reflect—did you give your body more positive elements than negative ones today?

In every aspect of life, we should ask ourselves: Did I nourish or deplete my body today? Was my emotional balance more inclined toward mindfulness or negativity?

If you understand these two principles, you may also recognize their difficulty. In my experience, most people don’t fail because they lack the desire to be healthy, but because they don’t believe they can do it. They get stuck on the difficulty of execution, forgetting that the real issue lies in their lack of trust in themselves.

Modern environments lack education about the “life force” in food. Instead, we overemphasize constitution, pollution, calories, and nutrients, while ignoring the vitality and energy behind each bite. As a result, most people silently push their bodies toward a state of deficit, day after day.
